Customer purchase terms

Products and subscriptions

Your purchase includes the selected TV box hardware and the first 12-month annual subscription prepared for that device. Subscription access is tied to the box purchased and is not transferable across multiple boxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Checkout is processed through Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We provide Doorstep delivery to supported regions including Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs review, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Returns and warranty

Faulty hardware should be reported within 14 days of delivery. Hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

Service availability

Live channels, applications, and content availability may vary over time. Occasional maintenance, regional availability, or upstream service interruptions may affect specific channels or features.

Renewals

Annual subscription renewal is optional. We may contact you before expiry with renewal instructions. If you do not renew, subscription-based service access may stop after the active period ends.
