From delivery box to live viewing
Step 1
Connect HDMI and power
Plug the HDMI cable into your TV, connect the power adapter, and switch your TV to the correct HDMI input.
Step 2
Connect internet
Use Ethernet/LAN for the most stable experience, or connect to Wi-Fi during the setup screen.
Step 3
Confirm system access
Your annual subscription is prepared before dispatch. Follow the on-screen prompts if the box asks for confirmation.
Step 4
Start watching
Open the preloaded viewing app, choose a channel or movie section, and begin streaming.
Recommended internet & Power
Use at least 15 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps or higher for 4K content. Ethernet is recommended for the most stable experience.
Quick troubleshooting
- For buffering, move closer to the router or use Ethernet/LAN.
- For no display, confirm the TV is on the same HDMI input as the box.
- For remote issues, replace batteries first, then re-pair or contact support.
- For app issues, restart the box before changing settings.
